This is a guided, high-touch transformation process for those ready to do serious inner work.

Who You Are Now

You are an artist, healer, therapist, or seeker who feels called toward a more purposeful, creative, and spiritual life. You have achieved a great deal in your life already, but you want to expand. You want more authenticity and empowerment. You want to help the world heal.

You are drawn to inner silence, truth, and growth that’s real and embodied. You have a daily spiritual practice and honor the inner work that deepens your relationship with yourself. You know this work is not always comfortable or linear, but you know it’s essential. You understand the fundamental link between your transformation and global change.

You know this work requires:

  • a willingness to explore your inner experience
  • openness to symbolic and emotional material
  • commitment to a process of becoming.

You’re aware that this journey is not:

  • quick-fix coaching
  • purely cognitive therapy
  • passive conversation

This is a committed journey inward — and you’re ready for it.

Who You Are Becoming

By the end of this journey, you will know yourself more fully — your gifts, your wounds, your direction. You will have a living relationship with your inner world and the tools to keep deepening it. The self-expression you’ve been reaching for, in your work, your relationships, and your creativity, will no longer feel out of reach.

The Descent to the Creative Psyche

Each element of this program invites insight, emotional healing, spiritual deepening, and inner transformation. You will be held in a steady and attuned space where the symbolic life of the psyche can unfold. You will feel held in a strong container with tools to access your visions, art, intuition, dreams, and purpose.

This 12-Week Program will help you:
  • orient toward the unknown
  • develop a relationship with the creative psyche
  • liberate your life force
  • increase self-awareness
  • discover the intelligent purpose behind your wounding
  • transform your self-image
  • gain clarity about your life path
  • align your life toward soul, or the Self
Each week, you will have the opportunity to:
  • meet with a therapist for a 60-minute session rooted in depth psychotherapy
  • practice focus meditation to build self-awareness, spaciousness, and presence
  • practice a stream-of-consciousness style of creativity to liberate your life force and creative vision
  • explore your images and dreams for deeper self-understanding and guidance
  • dialogue with dream figures (or parts of the self) to increase growth and integration
  • practice tools for transforming your self-image and felt empowerment
  • bring to light the wisdom of the body through somatic practices

Here's Your Journey Week by Week (click to expand):

Week 1: Build Awareness and Presence

Your journey begins with the most radical act of all — slowing down. You’ll establish (or strengthen) a daily 5-20 minute meditation practice. If you’re new to meditation, you’ll learn an easy way to focus that’s sustainable. If you’re experienced, then your practice will feel renewed with purpose.

As writer Louis L’Amour put it, “the water does not flow until the faucet is turned on.” This week, you’ll turn on yours. You’ll learn techniques to avoid going in circles so that you can go deeper with your creativity. Weeks One and Two are the foundational practices for orienting toward the unknown and discovering what emerges from there.

Daily meditation and creativity create the perfect environment for inner intimacy. This week, you’ll sharpen your attention to the moments that called you, moved you, or spoke to you, those moments that inspired you or enlivened you. You will strengthen your ability to notice how life uniquely touches you, while developing a steady inner witness, one that will guide you for the rest of this journey and beyond.

With three weeks of daily meditation and creativity, energy is shifting beneath the surface. Dreams may be returning and inner images may be surfacing. This week, you’ll explore your dreams and symbolic imagery with your therapist, developing a conscious relationship with the unconscious.

Creativity and intuition are inseparable. The artist listens inwardly and intuits what to draw, paint, or write next. Drawing on the pioneering work of Michelle Cassou, this week you’ll deepen your trust in that quiet, knowing voice and learn to follow it.

All of us struggle with a personal expression of a global problem. This week, you’re invited to consciously connect with a major wound of yours or a life theme, and how it has influenced your life. A new direction in life may very well be born out of this wounding. Your deepest struggle may hold your greatest purpose.

True empowerment comes from a deep connection to your unique life force. But, all of us are conditioned by society’s ideas of power and wounded by past traumas and painful relationships. This week, you’ll identify an archetype that embodies empowerment and learn to consciously connect with it, strengthening your sense of inner authority.

We all carry an image of ourselves — shaped by old stories, old wounds, old voices. This week, you’ll use the power of your imagination to transform that image into one that is grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you are becoming.

This week, you will begin to embody the changes that you’ve been cultivating. You’ll take the insights, intuitions, and visions you’ve experience and translate them into small, meaningful shifts in how you think, feel, and act. Change becomes real through lived experience.

As your inner sensitivity deepens, you’ll notice something: not everything around you serves your growth. This week, you’ll develop a discerning awareness of the energetic impact of the people, media, and environments in your life. You’ll begin to choose what supports you and gently step away from what doesn’t.

With greater awareness and alignment, you are ready to step back and see the larger pattern of your life. This week, you’ll reflect on what has emerged, including wounds you now understand and desires that have become clearer. From this place, you’ll connect with your future, as a new vision for your life begins to crystallize.

This week, you’ll reflect on what has genuinely transformed, recommit to what remains true, and build a simple, sustainable structure to carry your inner work forward. You’ll also create a simple structure to continue your inner work so that your spiritual practice doesn’t fade once the program ends.

Your Facilitators

Held by therapists trained in the language of the psyche.

Your journey is guided by a therapist who uses a psychodynamic or depth psychological lens. Each of our therapists not only bring clinical rigor, but also a personal commitment to the inner life – they’ve done the work themselves. Our therapists hold graduate degrees in psychology and postgraduate training in depth psychotherapy, dream work, trauma-focused modalities, and/or somatic practices. They are ethically bound and deeply experienced in holding the kind of liminal, transformative space this work requires.

Sessions are held virtually, one-on-one, in a confidential setting. You will be matched with a therapist whose background and style feels aligned with your inner material.

FAQ's - Questions You Might be Sitting With

Q: Is this therapy or coaching?

It is therapy rooted in depth psychological and psychodynamic approaches. Our practitioners are therapists, not coaches. That means you are held within a clinical and ethical framework, with practitioners trained to work with the full complexity of the psyche, including shadow material, trauma, and the unconscious.

Q: Do I need prior experience with meditation or therapy?

No, but keep in mind that this program is designed for people who are genuinely willing to engage. You don’t need to have meditated before. You don’t need to have been in therapy before. What you do need is a real readiness to slow down and do the inner work. Our phone assessment helps us understand where you are and whether this is the right fit.

Q: What if I’ve already done a lot of therapy?

Many of our clients come with significant therapeutic backgrounds. What they find here is something different: a structured integration of depth psychology, creativity, and contemplative practice that opens dimensions their previous work hadn’t accessed. This is where the work goes deeper.

Q: Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are held virtually, one-on-one, via a secure video platform. You can join from anywhere in the world, on any device.

Q: What if I can’t commit to all 12 weeks?

We ask for full commitment because the work is cumulative. Each week builds on the last. Showing up consistently is not a logistical requirement; it’s a practice in itself. That said, life happens. If you have a specific concern about your schedule, bring it to the phone assessment and we’ll talk it through honestly. If a scheduling concern comes up during your program, your therapist can help.

Q: Who is this not right for?

This program is not the right fit if you’re in active crisis or need immediate clinical stabilization. In that case, we’d encourage you to connect with a crisis-level provider first. It’s also not right for anyone looking for quick answers, surface-level tools, or purely practical coaching. This is depth work, and it takes time.

Q: What happens after the 12 weeks?

You’ll have the option to continue your work by transitioning to an ongoing therapeutic relationship. Many clients choose to continue. The inner work doesn’t end at week 12; it simply enters a new phase.
